Premios AFA 2008 / Awards AFA 2008


Los premios AFA 2008 han sido otorgados al padre dominico Jesús Gónzalez Valles , al profesor Antonio Cabezas García y al Dr. Alfonso Falero Folgoso a todos ellos por la extraordinaria labor realizada en el fomento de la Cultura Tradicional Japonesa.


La historia de los dos primeros,(a título póstumo) sobrepasa el umbral de las grandes personas y el estudio de sus vidas les lleva hasta lo mas profundo del sentimiento humano.

Las obras de Gonzalez Valles como "Historia de la Filosofía Japonesa" o "Yo el Gato", abren al lector todo un mundo desconocido lleno de elegancia y ternura.

Profesor de Teología en el Instituto "Santo Tomás" de Madrid, durante su larga estancia en Japón, se dedicó a un estudio intenso de las fuentes del pensamiento japonés.(Agustín Jacinto Zabala).
En 1997 recibió un premio del gobierno japonés por su extensa labor en pro de la cultura Japonesa.

Antonio Cabezas, parafraseando a Gerardo Macías quien lo presenta como el hombre que pasó de "Jesuita a Japonólogo"sin olvidarnos de su faceta como karateka, fue profesor de latín y filosofía en la Facultad de Teología de la Universidad de Sofía en Kyoto, en 1996 el Rey Juan Carlos le otorgó la Encomienda de la Orden de Isabel la Católica y en Junio de 2003 el Emperador del Japón, le otorgó la Condecoración de la Orden del Sol Naciente, Rayos Dorados y Roseta. El Dr. Alfonso Falero Folgoso, es Doctor en Shinto y profesor de historia del Pensamiento Japonés en la Facultad de Filología de la Universidad de Salamanca.

En su haber, constan las siguientes obras entre otras.

"Alfonso Falero es actualmente la primera autoridad en el campo de la investigación sobre la Religión Shinto en el mundo hispano-hablante y uno de los mas destacados miembros de su generación en todo el ámbito de los Estudios de pensamiento Japonés en el mundo".(Wikipedia,enciclopedia libre)

Estuvo en Japón mas de diez años donde estudió japonés en la Universidad de Estudios Extranjeros de Osaka,posteriormente Pensamiento Japonés en la Universidad de Kokugakuin de Tokyo, siendo esta una de las universidades de mayor prestigio en estudios Clasicos Japoneses del país del sol naciente, donde obtuvo el título de doctor en Estudios Shinto, y se convirtió en el primer investigador extranjero y único occidental que haya alcanzado este grado dentro de la especialidad en toda la historia de esta universidad.

Fundador y promotor del Pensamiento Global, su extensa formación solo es superada por su gran humanidad.

Los galardones se entregarán el día 13 de Diciembre del presente año a los postres de la cena que con tal motivo se realizará en el hotel Lido de Torrent (Valencia), con la asistencia de las primeras autoridades de la ciudad.

The history of the first two, (posthumously) exceeds the threshold of great people and studying their lives leads them to the most profound of human feelings.

The works of Gonzalez Valles as "History of Philosophy Japanese" or "Yo el Gato", open to all readers an unknown world full of elegance and tenderness.

Professor of Theology at the Institute "St. Thomas" in Madrid, during his long stay in Japan, was devoted to an intense study of the sources of Japanese thought. (Agustin Jacinto Zabala).
In 1997 he received an award from the Japanese government for his extensive work on behalf of Japanese culture.

Antonio Cabezas, to paraphrase Gerardo Macias, who introduced him as the man who went from "Jesuita to Japonólogo" without forgetting his facet as karateka, he taught Latin and philosophy at the Faculty of Theology at the University of Sofia in Kyoto in 1996 King Juan Carlos awarded him the Commander of the Order of Isabel the Catholic and in June 2003 the Emperor of Japan awarded him the Order of the Order of the Rising Sun, Golden Rays and Roseta. Dr. Alfonso Falero Folgoso, Doctor of Shinto and professor of history of Japanese thought at the Faculty of Philology at the University of Salamanca.

He was in Japan over ten years where he studied Japanese at the University of Foreign Studies in Osaka, then Japanese Thought in the Kokugakuin University in Tokyo, this being one of the most prestigious universities in Japanese classic study of the country's rising sun, where earned a doctorate in Shinto studies, and became the first foreign researcher, and the only western researcher in obtain this degree within the specialty in the entire history of this university.


Founder and promoter Thinking Global, his extensive training is only surpassed by his great humanity.

The awards will be on December 13 of this year to desserts for dinner with this reason that will take place at the Hotel Lido de Torrent (Valencia), with the assistance of the first city authorities.
